Lakewood Home Builders started in a rather turbulent time for home improvement contractors - We were incorporated in December, 2007. The housing market was in dire straits and the outlook for startups was bleak. But we pressed on with a mission of delivering a great product combined with an almost unheard of, great experience. Now, anybody who has been through a home remodeling project, understands how subjective a "great experience" can be. Anybody who is planning one soon will. Between Lance, Tim, and John alone, there is over 100 combined years of construction experience, with specialties from each in different disciplines of construction management. Years ago, Lance, Tim, and John all started their careers in the trenches - doing the hard, but so important work themselves. Through the years and many lessons, they navigated their careers through various management positions with some of the top builders and home improvement companies in Northern Virginia.
Now, together for the last 15 years at Lakewood Home Builders, they run a tight ship in keeping their projects running as smoothly as possible and customer satisfaction always at absolute top of mind.
